Rhône Wine Week Ireland 2017 – A Celebration of the Wines of the Rhône Valley
From the 4th to the 11th of November, Irish wine lovers will celebrate Rhône Wine Week Ireland 2017, a celebration of the wines of the Rhône Valley, which returns on its 5th edition with even more wines to try and activities to enjoy.
Importers, restaurants and wine shops will be highlighting wines from this legendary region with tastings, dinners, offers, and more, with the support of Inter-Rhône (the French body charged with promoting the wines of this region).
Join the celebration! Here’s a list of the events that will take place during the week!
THE BIG RHÔNE TASTING
Meet the winemakers, taste the wines: the Big Rhône Wine Tasting is back!
With 15 independent Irish wine importers, and over 120 wines from north to south of the Rhône Valley, with Châteauneufs and Côte-Rôties, from Condrieu to Ventoux, and all that’s in between. Come along for a tasting of what this wonderful region has to offer. Travel the Rhône in your glass with us; the most diverse wine region in France, if not the world!
Now in its 5th year, the Big Rhône Tasting takes place on Thursday 9th November in ely bar & brasserie in Dublin’s I.F.S.C.
For the public event which takes place from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, you can buy your ticket, €20.00 p.p., here from ely – but hurry, these always sell out, fast!
For Trade & Press
The Trade & Press tasting will take place from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm in ely bar & brasserie on Thursday 9th November in Dublin’s I.F.S.C.
