Clear your calendar on Thursday 4th of October to witness culinary magic at Bresson Restaurant. Owner of a string of London restaurants, including The Dairy, Sorella and Counter Culture, the celebrated Irish chef Robin Gill will be collaborating with this Monkstown restaurant to host a gourmet dinner.
Robin, who has recently popped into Dublin favourites, Glovers Alley, Chapter One and Airfield Estate, has a real soft spot for Italian culture.
His friend Paul, with whom he travelled with in Italy, will join Robin to host this unmissable dining experience and guests can be assured of some spectacular Italian cuisine, not to mention some homemade Limoncello.
Robin and Paulie will present a six-course Italian feast for lucky guests so make sure to bring your appetite! Dishes on the evening include an Antipasti of Panzarotti, Agnolotti pasta, hand-dived scallops, roast rack of veal, a cheese course and the menu concludes with a fig panna cotta. Robin will be sourcing some of the produce from his own London restaurants.
Guests have the option to pair each course with a glass of wine selected by Bresson’s sommelier, Katie Hildrum, and Simon Tyrell of Tindal Wines. The show-stopping wines, hand picked for this gourmet evening, will not disappoint.
If this sounds like your idea of the perfect evening then be sure to nab a ticket before they’re gone. The evening is priced at €85 per person, with matching wines priced at an additional €65 per person.
Wines will also be available by the bottle or the glass on request for guests not wishing to partake in the matched wines option.
