Yesterday 29th of September, Lindt Master Chocolatier Stefan Bruderer lead Lindt Excellence Masterclass, at the recently opened Medley on Fleet Street East, Dublin 2.
Stefan flew into Dublin from Switzerland for one night only for this masterclass, which included a wine and whiskey pairing session. Irish food writers and social media personalities enjoyed the evening, including top Irish model and lover of Lindt Chocolate, Roz Purcell, who posed with Stefan Bruderer ahead of the masterclass for a series of chocolate inspired shots.
