Model and cookbook author Roz Purcell has joined forces with Good To Go to create a menu based on her new cookbook Half Hour Hero and to celebrate together they will host a charity evening for the Capuchin Day Centre.
Taking place on Thursday 2nd November, the night will consists of 3 sittings – 6 pm, 7.30 pm and 9 pm. Each sitting lasts 1 hour were guests will be served canapés, a dinner from the new #halfhourhero menu and a complimentary drink.
All proceeds from ticket sales from the night will go straight to Capuchin Day Centre, a charitable initiative set up over 40 years ago which feeds hundreds of homeless each day from their base on Bow Street, Dublin 1.
Sponsoring drinks on the evening is Irish craft distillery, Dingle Distillery, famed for their Dingle Gin.
Good To Go is a health orientated fast food delivery business based on Mercer Street, Dublin 2, run by restaurateur Ronan Ryan and his wife and business partner Pamela Flood.

The second charitable event Roz has hosted in as many weeks, last week she hosted a Breakfast Morning at The Fat Fox on Camden Street in aid of ISPCC Childline, serving treats made with recipes from her book.
