If you are mourning the loss of the summer, the Cliff at Lyons is hosting a fantastic Supper Club that will keep the summer sun shining just a little bit longer.
On Friday 14th September at 7.00pm, you can unwind at a sumptuous summer supper club with mouthwatering smoked meats from Head Chef Nathan Dimond.
Choose between dining in the courtyard or the cosy Trellis Cafe for your feast and make the most of the last of the summer sun. Cliff at Lyons in Celbridge, Kildare is a little oasis of calm, perfect to relax and unwind as you sip and nibble away on this specially created menu.
On arrival, guests will enjoy Home Smoked Cod Croquettes. Guests to the Trellis Cafe will find an informal dining space overlooking the pretty cobbled courtyard.
For the main course, guests will have a choice between four tempting options. Choose from a Platter of Smoked Meats with sides, 12 Hour Smoked John Stone Rump Cap, Smoked TJ Crowe Pork Ribs or Smoked Organic Chicken.
The dessert served on the evening will be a refreshing Elderberry and Vanilla Sorbet, the perfect light sweet treat following your rustic grill experience.
Tickets for this Summer Supper Club are priced at €35 per person and include a pitcher of delicious homemade lemonade or Havana Club Rum Punch per table.
