Dublin’s award winning restaurant Saba is delighted to launch Grillfest, this summer’s hottest new menu.
From Thursday 13th July until Sunday 27th August, diners at the Thai and Vietnamese restaurant can enjoy exquisite BBQ inspired Thai dishes, available from both Saba Baggot Street and Saba Clarendon Street.
Executive chef Tao has prepared a special three dish menu full of mouth-watering dishes that will whet the appetites of all BBQ lovers.
For a seafood twist on BBQ, indulge in delicious Chargrilled Tiger Prawns served with green tea noodles and mango dressing (€25.95) or Chargrilled Swordfish with an asparagus and rocket salad served with a fresh lime and ginger dressing (€24.95).
For the meat lovers, sink your teeth into Tao’s tasty Chargrilled Pork Neck with Vietnamese Kim Chi, chargrilled pork served with kimchi and a tamarind dipping sauce (€23.95).
Speaking about the inspiration behind the new menu, executive chef Tao commented; “Obviously, I love Thai food, but what still excites me is the street food scene in Thailand.
It’s who we are and it offers an insight into the history of our cuisine and our culture. I love how we grill our meats so I am thrilled to be able to showcase this style of Thai cooking to our customers.”
To complement your BBQ feast, Saba is running a special Cocktail Hour; 7 cocktails for €7 each from 12PM – 7PM, 7 days a week.
Saba opens from 12pm until late, seven days a week, and is located on 26-28 Clarendon Street, Dublin 2 and 22 Baggot Street Upper, Dublin 4.
