Savour the Season with Saba’s Spectacular Halloween Festival Menu

The seasonal Saba Halloween Festival returns once again, with delicious dishes for diners to savour this season. Chef Tao has designed new dishes that are sure to whet your appetite this Halloween and excite your senses.

Chef Tao has created a mouthwatering spook-tacular starter of Char-grilled Pumpkin with Tiger Prawns served with a sesame, coriander, chilli and ginger dressing (€10.95).

Follow your starter with a selection of malevolent mains such as Char-grilled 8oz Hereford Rib Eye Steak served with pumpkin, aubergine, string beans, chilli and a Thai sweet basil in a red curry sauce (€25.95) or Char-grilled Swordfish paired with baked pumpkin, sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus and a chuchi sauce (€25.95).

A terrifying tipple has also been created for the Halloween Festival. The bespoke cocktail is called the “Hellfire Club” and is the perfect drink to spice up your meal this Autumn. Made with Slane Irish Whiskey, creme de cacao, Chile liqueur, smoked chocolate syrup and firewater tincture, it is sure to delight diners (€9.95).

Saba’s Halloween menu is the ideal option for those looking for a frighteningly good evening. Perhaps you are joining in on the festivities at the Bram Stoker Festival and fancy some spicy dishes to warm you up in the colder weather? Join Saba and sink your teeth into some seriously delicious dishes and celebrate in style.

The Saba Halloween Festival comes hot on the heels from the restaurant’s hugely successful Lobsterfest, which saw Chef Tao create a menu designed to celebrate this sumptuous seafood.
