Dublin’s award-winning Thai and Vietnamese restaurant Saba, is delighted to welcome back Lobsterfest, the annual shellfish celebration.
From Monday, 11th September until Monday, 24th September, diners can feast on exquisite lobster from Kilkeel Harbour.
Executive chef Tao has created a specially prepared menu with mouth-watering seafood dishes sure to delight all shellfish enthusiasts.
Make a reservation today in the stunning surroundings of either Saba Baggot Street or Saba Clarendon Street and sink your teeth into Tao’s delicious lobster inspired specials.
Starters include a Seared Lobster Tail served with pink grapefruit, roasted shredded coconut, ginger, shallots and birds eye chilli, served on betel leaves (€15.95) and a Lobster Carpaccio served with a rocket and asparagus salad (€15.95).
Main courses include a Chargrilled Whole Lobster with a thick red curry sauce, kaﬃr lime leaves and Thai sweet basil served with Jasmine rice (€29.95), and a Goong Mongkorn Sam Rod Stir Fried Whole Lobster with triple flavoured chilli sauce served with fried rice (€29.95).
There’s also the option to share a Seafood Platter for Two, which includes a grilled Whole Lobster, Squid, Tiger Prawns and Swordﬁsh, served with stir-fried mixed crunchy vegetables and fried rice (€56.95).
Take your seafood experience to another level by pairing your meal with Saba’s delicious Lobsterfest cocktail. The Yanas is made with Dingle Vodka, roasted Pineapple syrup, lemon juice, cucumber, chilli tincture and Achill Island salt water (€10.50).
