Saba Unveils New Halloween Menu

The annual Saba Halloween Festival kicks off on Monday, 24th October and runs until Monday, 31st October. This season, it is all about embracing the pumpkin! Executive Chef Taweesak Trakoolwattana (Tao) has placed the Halloween favourite at the heart of his recipes to create delectable pumpkin delights.

Sink your fangs into Halloween inspired dishes including Char-grilled Tiger Prawn & King Scallops with stir-fried chilli, pumpkin and butternut squash (€26.50); Gai Phad Fuktong stir fried chicken with pumpkin, butternut squash, onion, chilli and spring onion (€18.95); or Char-grilled Swordfish baked with pumpkin, sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus and a chuchi sauce (€24.50).

On Saturday 29th October, Saba Clarendon Street and Saba Baggot Street will host a Halloween Fancy Dress Party, with spot prizes on the night for best dressed and devilishly good sounds will get you in the party mood.

A bespoke Halloween cocktail, “Into Darkness” (€9.95) has also been created for the festival. Made from Bacardi Carta Oro, Campari, fresh raspberries, grapefruit juice and fig syrup, garnished with Thai basil leaf, it is sure to chill your bones this Halloween!

For a fangtastic Halloween night, call Clarendon Street on 01 679 2000 or Baggot Street on 01 563 1999 to book your table now!
