Dublin’s Award Winning Thai and Vietnamese restaurant Saba master mixologist’s have created a bespoke Christmas cocktail to get you in the Christmas spirit.
The Saba Snowball Christmas cocktail is a must try for those looking to get into the festive spirit. Popcorn infused Barcardi Carta Oro, Coconut Puree and Vanilla Syrup create the perfect Christmas flavour.
To recreate the recipe at home, simply follow the recipes below.
– 50ml popcorn infused Bacardi Carta Oro
– 50ml coconut puree
– 50ml vanilla syrup
– Crushed ice
– 2 star anise, for garnish
– Place the crushed ice into a blender and add ingredients. Blend for 20 seconds. Pour into a glass and garnish with star anise.
