The hotel’s Blue Room, which had been transformed into a Middle Eastern-inspired Bedouin complete with live Falcon, palm trees, beautiful fabrics and muslin drapes, Shisha Pipes and magical Arabic trinkets of coloured glass

Head of Emirates in Ireland, Enda Corneille welcomed guests including Brent Pope, Holly Carpenter, Darren Kennedy, Deric Hartigan, Ciara Doherty, Rosie Connolly, Lynn Kelly, Cathy O’ Connor and Sean Munsanje.

Bringing a taste of Dubai to Dublin, guests were treated to a Dubai themed brunch that centered around an full Arabic Mezze.

To compete the traditional experience, a dessert trolley filled with sweet delicacies including Baklava and Turkish Delight provided the ultimate temptation.

Keeping to the true style of a typical Dubai brunch, mocktails, prosecco, fine wines and cocktails were flowing, all the while Spin FM’s Martin Guilfoyle got the party atmopshere going.
