The champagne was flowing at the Moët Grand Day in Dublin on June 9th where Moët & Chandon joined champagne lovers worldwide in a day of sparkling celebration.
Over 24 hours, friends and families worldwide enjoyed the festivities in raising a glass to toast the memorable moments in their lives.
Established in 1743, Moët & Chandon is one of the world’s biggest champagne houses and produces over 28 million bottles of champagne a year.
The vineyards of Moët & Chandon are classified as Grand Cru. Vineyards with this grading are renowned for producing some of the finest quality grapes.
Moët has a sparkling bouquet full of green apple and citrus fruit and is known for its luxurious taste. It pairs perfectly with scallops, oysters and white fish as well as white fruits such as white peach.
Debuting in 2016 as the “Moët Party Day”, the fabulous celebration has been renamed as the Moët Grand Day. This annual event is full of glitz and glamour and some of the finest French champagne. Moreover, Moët Grand Day is celebrated in over 80 countries, from Hong Kong to Montreal
Irish socialites and guests were invited to the new Venue 35 in Dublin to join over one million people around the world who were toasting life, love and friendship and celebrating their favourite #MoetMoment
The event saw many notable faces celebrating the Moët Grand Day such as broadcaster Lorraine Keane, stylist Corina Gaffey, Snapchat star and presenter James Patrice, fashion blogger Nirina Plunkett and journalist Yolanda Zaw.
Recently, the much-loved champagne released a limited-edition $23,000 bottle celebrating tennis superstar Roger Federer. The beautifully designed bottle features rubber handle wrapping from a tennis racket and a timeline of Federer’s match wins.
