Award-winning Head Chef Graeme Dodrill has re-joined the team at Peploe’s on St. Stephen’s Green. They celebrated a sweet 16 years in business with the launch of their 2018 autumn menu from the newly-appointed chef.
On the night, guests were welcomed with Prosecco and Flirtini cocktails at the new Peploe’s bar, before heading into the dining room.
Lucky attendees were treated to wine, sourced from medium-sized vineyards throughout Europe, alongside an exquisite five-course meal. Dishes included Oak smoked Irish salmon, charred wild halibut, seared Wicklow woodpigeon, souflee of black currant and warm chocolate fondant.
With the charm of an old-school Parisienne bistro mixed with the style of a modern New York brasserie, Peploe’s has undergone a major refurbishment and with the finishing touches to the exterior in place in recent weeks, Peploe’s has managed to retain all of its original charm, but with a new modern edge.
