Sophie's Restaurant

Sophie’s is glasshouse restaurant at The Dean Hotel, where the weather is the wallpaper. At Sophie’s they serve breakfast and dinner 7 days a week, as well as lunch on weekdays and brunch at the weekend.

Their menus, inspired by New York, Italy and Ireland, are simple and delicious. At Sophie’s there is a focus on Irish produce with meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, herbs and dairy are all delivered daily by local suppliers.

The restaurant vibe smoothly transitions from a laid back sunrise through to buzzing sunset, making Sophie’s the perfect place for both a relaxed weekend brunch, and a fantastic night out.

When the sun goes down and the plates are cleared away the speakers go up a notch and the drinks flow, with DJs playing at the weekend ‘til late.

A view like no other in Dublin, cityscape to countryside. No fuss, no formality, just book a table and enjoy.
