This exotic cocktail is intense, flavourful and extremely easy to make at home.
– 50 ml vodka infused with assam black tea (same method as above, I used Dingle vodka)
– 15 ml sweet vermouth
– 5ml chambord
– 2 dashes orange bitters
1. Add all ingredients to a stirring glass, fill with ice and stir with barspoon for at least 1 minute to chill and dilute the drink.
2. Strain into an aperitif glass and serve.
