Superior Deluxe Rooms- Superior Deluxe Rooms at the Lodge offer all the luxury features you would find in a Deluxe room such as rainforest showers, goose feather bedding and underfloor heating with a little more space to unwind.

Duplex Suites- Ideal for families, Duplex Suites are spread over two floors with the ground floor comprising of a spacious living area with LCD TV, comfy sofas and double doors to your own private terrace. Upstairs you will find an inviting bedroom suite with elegant features and a luxe feel overlooking the courtyard.

Quay Suites- The large Quay Suites are another great choice for groups or families as many enjoy their own private outdoor terrace. All are individually designed and featuring a spacious living area. The Quay Suites can also be joined with a Courtyard Deluxe Room to create your an exclusive two bedroom suite with private access for ultimate privacy.

Lakeview Suites- The epitome of Lodge luxury, Lakeview Suites look out over magnificent Lough Corrib and offer a similarly striking decor, each unique with bespoke, opulent furnishings. All Lakeview Suites offer a private terrace and an upstairs balcony to soak up the stunning view.

DINING AT THE LODGE 

For the gourmand, a fantastic fine dining experience awaits you at Wilde’s Restaurant, named after famous local Sir William Wilde, father of Oscar. Executive Chef Jonathan Keane utilises the finest local produce such as seafood from the waters of Galway Bay and the Connemara coastline in his contemporary cuisine. Wilde’s has been awarded Best Emerging Irish Cuisine 2016 by the Restaurant Association of Ireland.

At Quay Bar Bites, Jonathan offers artisan, locally sourced tasting sized dishes, an evolution of traditional Irish cookery served in a casual and fun manner. Quay Bar Bites’ concept is to offer the foodies of the world to the opportunity to try as many or as little tastes from the menu as they wish, switching from modern to traditional dishes at the turn of a heel. A fun, informal experience for all awaits.

BEAUTY AT THE LODGE

The Beauty Rooms at The Lodge is run by beauty expert Debbie Murphy, who has over 20 years’ experience as a beauty and skin care consultant. Guests can avail of a range of treatments from facials to massage. Take some time out for some well-deserved pampering in a serene environment in a tranquil room with dim lighting and candles burning and, enjoy a relaxing experience at the Lodge’s Beauty room.

ACTIVITIES AT THE LODGE

Guests who wish to make the most of the 350 acre estate setting of the Lodge can enjoy every activity from golf to falconry during their stay. Designed by the renowned Irish golf architect Eddie Hackett, a beautiful 9 hole parkland course on the Ashford Estate is perfect for golfers of all abilities and tee times are free for guests at The Lodge.

Be at one with the local wildlife with an experience at Ireland’s oldest School of Falconry on the grounds of Ashford Castle, take an hour long Hawk Walk or get to grips with clay pigeon shooting and archery. Take fishing lessons on Lough Corrib before enjoying a delicious picnic on the banks or take a guided horseback ride through the ancient forest.
