The Morrison Hotel, Dublin’s internationally renowned lifestyle-boutique hotel is a cool and trendy venue, with an uber chic look and feel. The Restaurant

The Morrison Grill restaurant is an exciting culinary experience, created with the very best of our country’s produce. The Morrison Grill is a bright, stylish and relaxed dinning space, overlooking the river Liffey. The restaurant is home to Irelands first Josper Grill, which is a combined charcoal grill and oven that can reach temperatures of 500C. With an emphasis on local excellence and seasonality we are delighted to launch our new menu for the busy Spring/Summer season. Our Head Chef Sushil Kumar has chosen the very best of seasonal produce, and delivered this with the renowned warmth and relaxed friendliness of truly Irish hospitality.

The Morrison’s Head Chef

Chef Sushil Kumar brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Over his 15 years in Ireland, he has worked in some of the finest restaurants and hotels, most recently as Head Chef at The Kilronan Castle Hotel in Roscommon, earning a coveted second AA Rosette. Describing his food ethos as a celebration of fresh local produce, served up with innovation, Chef Sushil added “I’m excited to have the opportunity to create great food in such impressive surroundings.” Patrick Joyce, General Manager, The Morrison added “These are exciting new menus, building on our classics, but with some very tempting additions.”
