The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke is located on the third floor of Brown Thomas, Grafton Street, and offers customers a unique blend of contemporary elegance and innovative food – all in the most enviable location in Dublin. Using the finest locally sourced fresh ingredients, Johnnie’s philosophy is all about simple food bursting with flavour and colour.

Chef Cooke draws his experience from his extensive culinary career, his Mediterranean and Californian influenced cuisine is inspired by his love of travel and time spent in California and New Mexico.

Recent additions to the exclusive dining experience in The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke are premium themed Afternoon Tea pop up experiences such as the Perrier Jouet Afternoon Tea, Waterford Wedgwood Afternoon Tea and currently the Veuve Clicquot Summer Afternoon Tea.

The evening Supper menu is the ideal end to a work day or a night out on the town, choose from a range of tasty and light dishes such as Caesar Salad, Lobster Pizza and The Restaurant Burger. Little shoppers are also catered for with a light and healthy menu affordably priced.

The Restaurant can play host to a range of functions, from Breakfast meetings, Private parties, exclusive venue hire, Corporate entertaining, Product launches, Executive meetings, Christmas Parties and Cocktail parties. The venue has the capacity to cater for parties up to 90 guests. This is a unique space that can be tailored to match your event requirements.
