Previously the preserve of a warm summer’s day, Rosé is having more than a moment as the Millennial pink tipple of choice. From Frosé to Rosé gin, innovative uses for everyone’s new favourite vino abound, and one New York city bar has decided to capitalise by opening the pop up a Rosé lover’s dreams are made of – introducing The Rainbow Rosé Bar.
Serving an array of Rosé infused cocktails, a vast curated Rosé by the glass selection, Frosé and Rosé Sangria, guests can enjoy sipping Rosé in all its glorious incarnations. Excitingly, The Rosé Bar will also offer Rosé-spiked main dishes and desserts
If you can manage not to skip straight to dessert, there will be tempting creations such as The Frisky Oyster, topped with Rosé granita, Rosé Glazed Cod and a ‘Clash of the Titans’ burger, topped with Cabernet braised shortrib and Maine lobster topped with Rosé Champagne hollandaise.
For those of us with a rampant sweet tooth, Rosé Champagne iced doughnuts topped with clouds of pink candy floss and Rosé sorbet are sure to be a hit.
The Rainbow Bar is located on the sixth floor of the iconic Rockefeller Centre, with south-facing views over the Empire State building to compliment your Rosé revelry.
If this sounds like your dream destination, you’ll have to be quick booking those flights to NYC as the Rosé Bar pop-up will be open for four nights only – Friday August 18th , Wednesday August 23rd, Thursday August 24th and Thursday August 31st.
