Aniar Restaurant Review By Niamh Mannion
GALWAY RESTAURANT REVIEW
If what you’re looking for is an unpretentious restaurant that serves delicious, locally sourced food, Aniar in Galway City is the place for you.The restaurant is small but in no way claustrophobic with comfortable seating and was buzzing with diners on the Tuesday we dined there despite the inclement weather outside.
The Step House Hotel Tasting Menu Review
CARLOW CULINARY BREAK REVIEW
Set in the quaint heritage town of Borris, we had the pleasure of sampling some real foodie treats last Friday. The Step House Hotel is a family run business, with husband and wife team James and Cait Coady having invested heavily in a beautiful redevelopment of the original Georgian building. It is not surprising this hotel is such a popular destination for weddings as it really is a fantastic mix of old and contemporary design that really lends itself to a truly romantic setting.
A Little Taste of Sosa Magic at The Merrion Hotel Dublin
DUBLIN RESTAURANT REVIEW
We were in fine company with renowned chef Neven Maguire also in attendance, no pressure on Ed so! To compliment the exquisite flavours in each dish we had a well informed pairing of each course from Reinhardt, one of The Merrion’s finest, who was exceptional in explaining just how the magic Sosa ingredient in each dish actually works.
