 1.5 oz Vodka
 1.5 oz Irish Cream liqueur
0.5 oz Creme de Menthe

Method:

1. Stir in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Strain into a martini glass.

 2 oz Teeling’s Poitín
 05. oz Green Chartreuse
 Dash of Maraschino
 Dash of lime juice
– Lime twist

Method:

1. Stir in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Strain into a martini glass
3. Garnish with the lime twist the interesting fact: This drink is inspired by an anecdote involving writer Jonathan Swift: “In 1708 Swift, disgruntled by a comment by John Partridge wrote under the name of Isaac Bickerstaff and published three satirical letters and one Eulogy in the run up to the 1st of April.”

Enjoy it at the bar: This inspired drink is available exclusively at Lemuel’s Lounge Bar at The Conrad Hotel in Dublin 2.

GARDEN & TONIC

1 3/4 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
10 ml of The Bitter Truth Elderflower Liquor
 2 or 3 Dashes of The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
Squeeze of lemon juice
 Wedge of lime
1 slice Cucumber
 4 or 5 Fresh mint leaves
Tonic Water to top

Method:

1. Put all ingredients in a long drink glass on ice.
2. Fill up with tonic water.
3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
