Hosted in the 5,000 square foot state of the art Miele Experience Centre, the demos are interactive and entertaining. As the youngest chef in Ireland to ever hold a Michelin star, Oliver Dunne’s cooking is exciting and innovative. Oliver will demonstrate how to cook delicious show stopping dishes to impress. Erik Van Der Veken
Belgian Erik Van Der Veken, started studying the culinary arts aged 12 and by age 14 had specialised in pastry baking where he discovered his passion for chocolate making. He has produced chocolates for Michelin starred restaurants and won numerous awards and accolades for his chocolate sculptures. Erik will bring his extensive expertise to the Miele Experience Centre for an exciting specialist demo.
Master the art of baking with Jemma Hobson
Jemma has over 10 years’ experience in the catering and pastry industry. As a former student of Ballymaloe Cookery School, Gemma will demonstrate how to bake various sweet and savoury treats while giving you the essential baking tips and tricks needed to create delicious baked goods at home. Perfect in the run up to Christmas!
The Butler’s Pantry with Executive Chef Niall Hill
Chef Niall returns with his team for their popular series of cooking demos. During this year’s themed sessions, participants learn how to cook a variety of dishes for every occasion.
