Top Eateries Announce Delicious Special Dishes for Peroni Gluten Free Restaurant Week

Peroni Gluten Free Restaurant Week is in full swing, and from 5th February to Sunday 11th February a number of Ireland’s leading restaurants will be serving a special dish free from gluten, to be served with a Peroni Gluten Free.

Each special dish has been inspired by Italy and has been designed to complement Peroni’s Gluten Free beer, for a bespoke gluten free dining experience. Get ready to be very hungry, as Peroni has revealed the details of the delicious dishes which will be on offer in restaurants in Dublin, Cork and Belfast.

In the capital, stylish hotspot Coppinger Row in the Creative Quarter will offer a creative and colourful gluten free special of Beetroot Risotto while The Exchequer will be serving a rustic and robustly flavoursome Italian Braised Lamb Shank with root vegetables, tomato and rosemary – both perfectly paired with a cold Peroni Gluten Free.

New York style Italian eatery Angelina’s has your gluten free pizza cravings covered with a Spicy Lamb, Sausage, Fried Sage and Chilli and Sophie’s, everyone’s favourite rooftop hangout, will be offering a mouth-watering 10 oz Angus Striploin with Shallot and Mushroom Confit, Cherry Tomatoes and Peppercorn Sauce. What could be better than Pizza or Steak and beer?

Also in the city centre, chic Lemon & Duke will serve up a tempting Prime 8oz Beef Burger with a Gluten Free Bun, smoked bacon, vintage cheddar, tobacco onions, baby gem lettuce and vine tomato. Served with twice cooked chunky chips and peppercorn sauce and Peroni Gluten Free, this is a match made in heaven.

Embracing the flavours of the terra Madre, Roberta’s has created a special gluten free meat feast of Iberico Secreto, which is chargrilled iberico pork flank served with seeedless grapes, quince, fennel and verjus dressing, for something a little different.

In Ballsbridge, The Bridge 1859 is offering a fresh flavourful and naturally gluten free Pan-Seared Sea Bass dish with glazed baby potatoes, asparagus tips and salsa verde – a delicious pairing with the aromatic citrus notes of Peroni Gluten Free.

Up North, contemporary Italian Coppi will offer a rich and spicy Calabrese Sausage Risotto and in Cork, popular spot Electric will serve a gluten free Cheeseboard and a seafood special of Cioppino, monkfish wrapped in Parma ham served with ratatouille and cream sauce.
