Tantalise your Taste Buds this Valentine’s Day at InterContinental Dublin

Love is in the air at InterContinental Dublin and the hotel has two romantic experiences for you to enjoy this Valentine’s Day. Join the five-star hotel for a Rosé Champagne Afternoon Tea in the elegant Reading Room. Pastry chef Orna Larkin and her culinary team have created a decadent afternoon tea that will set hearts racing.

Feast on a selection of finger sandwiches including delicious Smoked Irish Salmon and Dill Cream Cheese; fresh and zesty Lemon Scented Paprika Chicken; Open Crab Salad and Traditional Roast Irish Beef with Creamed Horseradish.

Sip a sparkling glass of Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé NV Champagne, while you enjoy Buttermilk Scones served with luxurious Clotted Cream and Homemade Mango and Raspberry Preserves.

A tempting array of sweet treats will also be served such as Plum Cherry Macaron with Plum Ganache and Plum Cherry Gel; Raspberry and Milk Chocolate Millefeuille with Raspberry Jelly, Milk Chocolate Praline Ganache and Milk Chocolate Chantilly; Rhubarb Heart of Rhubarb and Vanilla Mousse dipped in a Pink Chocolate Shell and Lemon, Basil and Strawberry Gateau with Lemon Mousse, Basil Curd and Strawberry and Basil Gel

Rosé Champagne Afternoon Tea starts from €55.00 per person and takes place from 11th – 17th February. Booking is essential.

For a more formal Valentine’s Day affair, experience Seasons Restaurant with a delicious four-course menu and a glass of Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé NV Champagne on arrival.

To begin your meal choose from Celeriac Pannacotta with Lobster and Apple Salad or Cured, Smoked and Roasted Quail with Foie Gras Bon-Bon, Egg and Pickled Vegetables.

For your main course guests can enjoy Beef Fillet served with Mooncoin Beetroots, Caramelised Shallot, Parma Ham Wrapped-Sprouting Broccoli and Duchesse Potato, or Atlantic Turbot with Confit Citrus, Ballymakenny Potatoes and Sprouting Broccoli.
Valentine’s Day

Finish your Valentine’s Day meal with a Mascarpone Mousse with Red Velvet Sponge, Raspberry Chantilly and Sorbet or White Chocolate and Bergamot Entremet served with Almond Joconde and Bergamot Curd.

Round off your five-star dining experience with homemade Petit Fours served with gourmet coffee or loose-leaf tea.
