Vegan Baileys Is Finally Available in Ireland and We Can’t Wait to Have it
Great news everyone: Baileys Almande, the much talked about dairy-free, vegan-friendly innovation that the makers of the iconic Baileys Irish Cream launched last year has finally been launched in Ireland. This indulgent vegan Baileys promises “all the deliciousness of Baileys without the dairy!” and it’s flavour is described as having “notes of honey, a light creaminess and almond towards the end.”
The drink is made with a combination of sweet almond oil and almond essence from pure crushed almonds and vanilla.
The drink will available in Ireland exclusively from Dunnes Stores nationwide, priced at €25 for a 700ml bottle.
Colin Donnelly, Baileys Marketing Manager at Diageo said: “We’re excited to introduce a truly indulgent treat for those who either can’t or choose not to have dairy in their diet. Baileys is the world’s most-loved spirit brand and we’re proud to be able to offer a dairy-free alternative with the same quality and delicious flavour that people love about Baileys.”
Baileys Almande can be enjoyed well chilled on its own or as part of numerous cocktails and recipes. For a refreshing treat, try it with premium coconut water and crushed ice, or simply with ice.
