Veg Out at Dublin’s Premier Plant-Based Food Festival This September

The ever-popular Vegfest returns this September with a host of innovative food and cookery demonstrations to delight eager ethical foodies of Dublin.

Taking place at Griffith College from Saturday 22nd – Sunday 23rd September, there will be lots of diet and nutrition talks, expert guests, live performances and more.

Returning to the festival is the popular Vegan Food Village and Chill Zone, which are the perfect place to relax and meet like-minded food and health lovers.

Hang out and try a range of natural and ethical products and learn about the health benefits of a plant-based diet while you enjoy live performances and workshops.

An exciting cookery demonstration will be hosted by Cornucopia’s head chef Tony Keogh. Vegan beauty and food blogger Holly White will also be giving a cookery demonstration as well as a book signing.

For all your skincare needs, there will be cruelty-free cosmetics brands such as Bia Beauty Skincare, Skinfull Affairs as well as Sonett Ireland who specialise in eco-friendly soaps and detergents.

Also in attendance will be Icelandic vegan powerlifter Hulda Waag, vegan physician and athlete Dr.Donal Bailey and Amy Ní Cholgáin the creator behind greenleafygael.com

The Fire Fighting Chef Paul Knapp will be on hand to talk about his healthy lifestyle choices and raising awareness with an interactive food demo.

Vegfest is for everyone whether you’re vegan, veggie or just a curious foodie. Feast on cheese, burgers, cupcakes, pies and chocolate as well as freshly pressed juices, plant-based milk and a whole range of superfoods.

Guests with a sweet tooth will be spoiled for choice with a range of exhibitors dishing up decadent desserts.

Kale & Coco will be serving tempting smoothie bowls, Bliss Bites Bakery will be serving delicious desserts designed to fuel your body with goodness and Harvest Mouse Bakery plating up vegan cupcakes and other treats.
