A charity raffle in aid of Pieta House will also take place, with prizes including Dinner for Two at Neven Maguire’s MacNean House.
Head Chef Eric Theze from La Boheme Restaurant will join forces with The Chameleon to bring the flavours of Bali to Waterford.
Kamila O’Neil, owner of the award-winning restaurant Momo’s, will be taking inspiration from her Polish heritage to create a delicious four-course Flavours of Home menu.
Taking place on the 8th of September, this tasting menu will feature traditional Polish dishes made from local produce.
Another exciting event is Everett’s Harvest Celebration Sparkling Lunch. On arrival, guests will be greeted with a glass of fine Champagne followed by a fantastic three-course seasonal lunch.
Each course will be served alongside hand-picked sparkling wines to compliment each dish. Des Doyle from Wines Direct will be on hand to talk you through each wine.
An evening of gin and music will take place at Mojo Lounge, where guests can meet the makers and purveyors of their favourite brands.
