Michal Lis is Head Mixologist at The Sidecar, originally from Poland, Michal has been working in Dublin’s best cocktail bars for the past 10 years and is highly respected in the cocktail community. Michal’s flair and talent is front and centre at The Sidecar, he is meticulous in his skill of mixology and every creation is a perfectly crafted to his exceptionally high standard.
