Zozimus Bar has quickly become a favourite of cocktail lovers in town. Now the award-winning bar has a special treat in store for those looking to enjoy amazing drinks paired with exciting cuisine as they’ve teamed up with restaurant Mak at D6 for a special pop-up next Thursday 19th of October.

The team at Zozimus Bar has developed a bespoke, one of a kind, selection of cocktails created to pair with the delectable dishes to be savoured on the night. Guests can attend to any of the two seatings, the first one taking place at 6:30 pm followed by one at 8:30 pm.

STARTERS

AROMATIC DUCK PANCAKES
Crispy aromatic duck served with pancakes, ho sin sauce, cucumber, spring onion and carrot.
PORK YUK SUNG
Seasoned minced pork, diced bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, crispy rice noodles served in a lettuce cup.
VEGETABLE SPRING ROLLS
Crispy spring rolls with carrots, beansprouts and spring onion served with a sweet chilli dip.
SALT AND PEPPER PRAWNS
Crispy king prawns tossed with onion, spring onion, chilli and garlic with a salt and pepper 5 spice mix.
CHAR SUI PORK BAO
Slow roasted char sui pork in a soft sweet bun with chilli sauce.
DIM SUM PLATTER (serves 2)
Crispy pork and prawn shu mai, steamed prawn har gau, chicken potsticker and vegetable potsticker.
MAINS
ROAST CANTONESE DUCK
Served on a bed of diced pineapple and a sweet soya sauce.
FILLET BEEF CHILLI AND BASIL
Thinly sliced fillet beef stir fried with chilli and basil.
PAN FRIED SEA BASS
Pan fried sea bass on a bed on pak choi, with a ginger, chilli, spring onion and coriander dressing.
SPICY LEMONGRASS CHICKEN CURRY
Sliced chicken breast, in a spicy coconut and lemon grass sauce with onion, peppers and bamboo shoots.
SPICY TOFU SZECHAUN
Tofu in a spicy szechaun sauce, with spring onion and chilli.
