The hotel’s beautiful terrace, overlooking the fabulous inner Courtyard Garden, is the place to enjoy the new carte.
The five star hotel offers three enchanting areas for al fresco diners: the ICE Bar, Hibernia Suites and Courtyard Garden, all with open access onto its two acres of landscaped gardens in the heart of Ballsbridge.
Guests and visitors can choose from delicious three course BBQ Menus from €32pp (for groups of 20 or more), or relax in in the Courtyard Garden under a parasol at the Strawberry Afternoon Tea with Pimms Cocktail, €52pp. Those who appreciate a good drink can taste their Cocktail of the Month.
With long nights and warm weather, the all-day dining menu in Lobby Lounge will be available through the summer in the Courtyard Garden.
