Conor Dempsey’s Amuse Restaurant in Dublin Has an Exciting New Summer Menu

Amuse, owned and run by Chef Conor Dempsey, has been described as one of Dublin’s most underrated restaurants.

The creativity in the dishes cannot be disputed and with this in mind, Conor and his team have introduced a new summer menu to whet our appetites.

The new 4-course summer menu boasts a selection of culinary delights, including Cherry Blossom Smoked Japanese Hamachi with apple, confit Wakame, ginger, herbs and aged soy.

Seafood delights include a Fillet of Atlantic Cod with Iranian Pistachio, a Sake Cured Organic Sea Trout and Carlingford Oysters.

For dessert, indulge in Fresh Berries and Fromage Blanc with Cherry Curd, Lime and Vanilla Yoghurt.

If you’re a cheese lover, step into cheese heaven and enjoy a selection of Farmhouse Cheeses – the perfect finish to an exceptional dining experience.

With a choice per course, the new summer menu is priced at €65, but some dishes do carry a supplement.

Conor Dempsey and his team are continuing to run their exciting Paris to Tokyo menu on Saturday evenings.

This unique culinary experience is priced at €95 for a 9-course menu, with matching wines coming in at an additional €80. A 5-course menu is priced at €75, with the matching wines coming in at an additional €60.

This trip around the world includes dishes like Veal Sweetbreads with Japanese Katsuobushi, Miso Cured Duck Foie Gras Royale, Sake Cured Organic Sea Trout and much more.
