The story behind ASADOR is relatively straightforward & grew out of many long evenings spent in barbecue restaurants throughout Spain, Portugal, France and South America.
They wanted to bring ‘the art of barbecued food’ to Dublin & showcase what can happen when great Irish, seasonal produce is cooked over the searing heat of our bespoke ‘ASADOR’.
Committed to delivering a premium barbecue food experience for all our guests, they are exited about where this can take them.
Asador will continue to evolve, explore, travel, taste and develop new barbecue dishes that all our guests can enjoy.
Raffaele is Asador’s bar manager and he has been with the bar for 4 years. Originally from Salermo in Italy, Raffaele has a keen interest in Mixology and a passion for food and wine.
