The first Boyne Valley Food & Drinks Tasting Adventure will take place this 3rd of November at The Signal Restaurant, part of The Station House Hotel in Kilmessan, Co. Meath.
The evening will give the spotlight to the Boyne Valley’s culinary excellence with a seven course tasting menu specially curated by Executive Chef Killian O’Donohoe, and featuring the finest of local Boyne Valley fresh produce. Join Simon Tyrrell, wine specialist with Tindal Wines and owner of the renowned Les Deux Cols, and Patrick Cooney, from the award winning Boyne Brewhouse.
This wonderful Boyne Valley event, will be the perfect opportunity to discover the beauty and simplicity of the local seasonal produce. Through the evening, the importance and impact of food provenance will play a big role as the team behind the event has made the effort to bring together people to support our local Irish artisan producers.
Tickets for this event are priced at only €39.95 per person, including a 7 course dinner with drinks pairings. Overnight accommodation packages also available at €84.95 per person sharing, including the Boyne Valley Food & Drink Tasting Adventure, Bed & Breakfast.
There is a courtesy shuttle bus for dinner guests from The Station House Hotel within a 10 km radius. Places are limited and pre-booking is highly recommended.
