This Braised Lamb Shank with their thyme and red wine gravy is one of Johnnie Fox’s most popular dishes. They sell a whopping 9.5 tonnes of lamb shank every year. Johnnie Fox’s even claim the dish served in their pub can be eaten with a spoon!
