Ely Bar & Brassserie has always been a fantastic go to restaurant for lunch and dinner, but the brunch option never existed… until now. Your much deserved reward for getting through the week kicks off this Saturday 16th of May at 12pm and is available every Saturday for the summer months.
They’ve got that sun-trap-terrace, Saturday pick-me-up you’ve been waiting for. Get your taste buds bursting and bite into an organic Burren steak tartare or indulge in melt-in-the-mouth buttermilk pancakes with organic smoked Burren bacon. Not your thing then try the Portuguese baked eggs with chorizo and avocado or their organic “Craggy Island” lamb meatballs with couscous which Ely say will convince any nay-sayer that healthy food still equals tasty food.
No brunch is complete however without some delicious cocktails, pineapple & sage infused gin revivers,a good morning martini with vanilla infused vodka and chocolate liqueur or the hot-hot-hot ely bloody mary! They will also have fresh homemade fruit juices, herb shrubs, switchels, iced teas, coffees and much more.
