One of Your Favourite Midweek Hot Spots is Finally Open for Weekend Brunch
For many, a healthy kickstart to the day involves oats, eggs, fruit or BLTs, and at one eatery they have it all – but only during the work week.
CoCu used to only serve their delicious and healthy dishes Monday to Friday, a popular choice among Dubliners come breakfast and lunch time, but finally our prayers have been answered as the Baggot Street store will now be open every Saturday from 9am until 3pm.
Known for their delicious and very nutritious food that includes oats-based Energy Pots and Breakfast Pots of eggs with a variety of tasty meats, as well as their create your own lunch boxes and smoothies galore, many of these are featured on their fresh, new brunch menu.
The great thing about the brunch choices is that they’re all still healthy. Choose from Homemade Nut-ella Toast or Bircher Muesli to start your meal on a light bite, or go for the cheeky CoCu Style BLT that’s made with a Sriracha Yoghurt. The Egg Pot and CoCu Style Eggs are also available with a range of tasty extras.
As for the main courses, the much-loved Middle Eastern Chicken Salad and Buddha Bowls have also been added to the Saturday delights, the latter of which you can even add chicken or salmon to. There’s even the CoCu Breakfast Wrap and a special Frittata of the Day each week to satisfy any hunger pangs.
