A Craft Beer and Food Pairing Experience is Coming to this Beloved Dublin Café

When we hear about a food and drink pairing dinner, it’s generally a wine lover’s experience. However, this Sunday 28th of January, a very special evening for craft beer enthusiasts will take place at the lively Legit Coffee Co in Dublin 8.

Titled “Who Let the Dogs Out?” the pop-up event will feature a five-course dinner paired with five glasses of crafts beer. Sommelier, barista and organiser T-Ancaire Gorm hopes that the occasion will show how food-friendly craft beer can be, and how delicious and complimentary the pairing of the right ale and dish is.

The menu offers an eclectic combination of world flavours, from France to Brazil and Poland, all accompanied by a carefully chosen craft beer by multi award-winning brewery Lagunitas.

Below, the dishes and pints to be enjoyed on the night:

Pão de queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread)
Lagunitas – Witbier

Bouillabaisse (French Fisherman’s Soup)
Lagunitas – IPA

Orange Glazed Quail
Lagunitas – Lager

Venison Burgers
Lagunitas – Brown Sugga

Makowiec (Polish Poppyseed Cake)
Lagunitas – Cappuccino Stout

Tickets are priced at €58 including five courses paired with five beers.

Where: Legit Coffee Co (Meath Street, D8).

When: Sunday 28th January
