Delicious Deviled Eggs Appetizer Recipe by Spitalfields Pub & Restaurant

Deviled Eggs are generally served cold and are great for parties or can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer .This recipe is for 6 people.

Ingredients 

6 hard boiled eggs 
Half a teaspoon of Dijon Mustard 
Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika 
1 Tablespoon of mayonnaise Chopped Chives

Method

Cooled hard boiled eggs, peel, slice and halved lengthwise, with the yolks then removed.

The yolk matter is then mashed and mixed with Dijon Mustard, paprika and mayonnaise.

Season with salt and mix until mixture becomes smooth.

Then scoop the mixture back into the egg “cup” made from the firm egg whites. The finished eggs can be then garnished with chopped chives and paprika.
