“Born in 1974 in Bordeaux, Jean-Charles Cazes spent his youth in Pauillac, where his father, Jean-Michel Cazes, had just moved from Paris to manage the family’s vineyards at Château Lynch-Bages.

Jean-Charles studied economics and finance at Bordeaux University, and during summer holidays, worked at Lynch-Bages, racking barrels or as an assistant winemaker during the harvest.

After graduation, Jean-Charles gained invaluable experience working in banking and finance in New York, Paris and São Paulo, Brazil, before returning home to join the family business in 2001.” Read More
