This Luxury Food Hall Has Just Opened and it is a Must-Visit
Roberta’s burst on to the Dublin dining scene earlier this year as the newest addition to the Press Up portfolio, and on opening day we were promised an even more exciting development downstairs, a luxury food hall unlike any other.
This week sees that promise kept, as Dollard & Co Food Hall and Grill opens its doors. Set on the ground floor of the historic Dollard Printworks, the building itself is the oldest steel frame structure in Ireland. The meticulously and sympathetically restored, to create a gorgeous food hall and market full to bursting with the best of Irish and international fare.
Stepping in to Dollard & Co from either Wellington Quay or the back entrance on East Essex St, right next to the door for Roberta’s, you’ll be greeted by stunning displays of seasonal produce, artisan breads, deli treats, incredible meats, freshly caught seafood, a fantastic assortment of local and international cheeses, charcuterie, juicy olives and innovative and interestingly, take-home meals composed of Press Up group classics.
On the Liffey side of Dollard & Co, you’ll find a deli bursting at the seams with delicious goodies. This is a super-casual, order-at-the-counter affair. They’ll be serving up a great range of breakfast dishes, an all day menu, vegan flatbreads, creamy homemade ice cream, a mouthwatering selection of desserts from a dedicated dessert counter, coffees and smoothies and juices for a lighter option.

Sit around the impressive open plan kitchen and watch the chefs hard at work cooking up a storm while you relax and take in the atmosphere of the entire chic space. The Grill will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
On the coffee front, Dollard and Co will be serving up TwoFifty Square, roasted from a hand chosen selection of beans in their roastery in Rathmines.
