The Dublin Cookie Company Pop Up Coming Soon to O’Connell Street

In March of this year, Jenny Synnott and Elaine Cohalan of The Dublin Cookie Company realised their dream when they opened the doors of Ireland’s first cookie shop opened in heart of historical Dublin, the Liberties, on 29 Thomas Street. Now, their Dublin Cookie Company Pop Up crumbly cookie creations are coming to O’Connell Street.

The Dublin Cookie Pop up Shop is coming old Standard Life building, now Coco Bo, and opens Saturday 5th November at 12pm. The thousands of people who traverse Ireland’s busiest thoroughfare every day are in for a treat, as from here they will be selling their award-winning cookie range, cookie sandwiches, ice-cream cookie sandwiches, cookie dough and a range of flavoured milks, including the unique cookie flavoured milk.

At the launch of the Dublin Cookie Company Pop Up on Saturday a very special surprise guest is expected to cut the ribbon, and to mark the new venture we are also promised new flavours and exclusive cookie combos. The pop-up will be open 12pm-7pm, Monday to Sunday.

It’s business as usual at 29 Thomas Street, but if you can’t make it into the city you can still get your fix of cookies online and catering orders from The Dublin Cookie Company website www.thedublincookieco.com.
