Dublin is Getting a Gin & Tonic Club and We Want In

It was bound to happen. With the rising popularity of the G&T, the timing is right for like-minded gintellectuals to gather and share their appreciation for the juniper spirit. Poacher’s Tonic Water and Dublin Bar Academy have teamed up to put together a monthly residency called “Poacher’s Gin & Tonic Club.” The first session will take place this 22nd of February between 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Once a month, the club will meet to sample some of the best Irish and international gins, discovering their stories and character, and pairing them with Poacher’s Well premium Irish tonic waters to find out what type of G&T they become.

Tickets for this event are priced at €30 and include four premium Gin & Tonic serves.

For their first session, the gins of choice will take you to England and Germany, as they’ll be tasting Beefeater Gin London, Beefeater 24, Plymouth Gin and Monkey 47 – Schwarzwald Dry Gin. Each gin will be accompanied with a Poacher’s Tonic flavour to maximise its flavours.

Poacher’s founder and ambassador Oisin Davis and Ciara Farrell National Ambassador for the gins will be on hand to talk you through their history and how each of them are made.
