Are you a passionate foodie with a bone to pick, a new food product or initiative that you want to spread the word about, or have a particular food or trend that you would like pay homage to? The Stage @ Eatyard is just the soapbox for you.

Eatyard, Dublin’s street food market, are looking for all and any foodies – professional cooks, chefs, part-time urban farmers, people who make chutney in their kitchen at home, authors, bloggers and beyond – to host their own talks, demos, showcases, product launches, or new culinary initiatives.

First to grace The Stage @ Eatyard, on March 9th, was chef Hilary O’Hagan Brennan (3FE) bringing a taste of her hit RTE series ‘What Are You Eating?’ in a live demo.

On March 17th, as part of Eatyard’s St Patricks Day party, they will be hosting, the soon to be infamous, ‘Tayto vs King Crisp Sambo Showdown‘.

While the full timetable is yet to be announced, The Stage @ Eatyard will be hosting talks and demos on Thursday and Friday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons and are looking for possible participants.

Eatyard is a food market and event space on 9-10 South Richmond St right next door to The Bernard Shaw. Inspired by trips to destinations like Austin, London, South Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe, the people behind Beatyard and Big Grill festivals created the unique food market to elevate Irish Street Food to a new level and bring a unique casual dining experience to Dublin.

The venue is now host to an array of innovative and creative food producers, chefs, cooks and vendors like Pow Bao, Veginity, No Bones Chicken Cones, Bubble Waffle and Umi Falafel.

Opening hours are Thursday – Sunday from 12pm, and entry is free.
