Following a hugely successful Food and Wine Evening earlier this year, Head Chef Niall O’Sullivan of BANG restaurant has once again created a special menu to designed to compliment BANG restaurant’s superb wine selection.
Diners can choose any 4 dishes from for each €39.95 per person, or extend that to any 5 dishes for just €49.95 per person. A selection of fine wines will be served by glass, using coravin method, or bottle, both at up to 25% discount.

– Pig’s head & house made black pudding croquette, sorrel picada, Wicklow buttermilk
– Duck ham, beetroot baked in rye, goats cheese mousse
– Warm salad of heirloom carrots, Moroccan spices, quinoa, & hazelnut dukka
– Steak tartare, nasturtium, cured egg yolk, sourdough
– Seared tuna, avocado mousse, pickled cucumber, elderflower & soy
– Slow cooked octopus, Iberican morcilla, carrot miso dressing, sea veg
– Pan fried quail, blonde gazpacho, celery, walnuts & pickled apple
– Char grilled hanger steak, cured scallop, avocado, pickled ginger, Ponzu (for 2)
– Strawberry & pistachio Eton Mess, white chocolate, strawberry sorbet
– Raw milk sorbet, miso caramel, chocolate
