Gino’s Gelato Teams Up With Temple Street For Summer Fundraising Campaign

This summer, Gino’s Gelato is teaming up with Temple Street Children’s University Hospital to help raise funds for vital hospital equipment.

From July 1st to August 31st, Gino’s will donate a percentage of sales from all large gelato cones and tubs to Temple Street.

So when you buy your favourite flavour of ice-cream from Gino’s this July and August, you’ll be contributing to a great cause.

To celebrate the launch of this new campaign, Gino’s Gelato visited Temple Street to treat the children, parents and hardworking staff to a delicious gelato.

They were also joined by Irish International rugby player, Jamie Heaslip, who shared some gelato with the children and staff of Temple Street.

Speaking at the launch, Gino’s Gelato owner Jonathan Kirwan said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Temple Street this summer. June to August are by far our warmest and so, our busiest months in terms of gelato sales. We have no doubt our customers will get behind the cause.”

Echoing his sentiments, Emma Barrett of Temple Street Foundation added: “We are delighted and very grateful for Gino’s Gelato to have chosen Temple Street Children’s Hospital to be the beneficiary of funds raised from this great campaign.

These funds will make a real and lasting difference for Temple Street children and their families.”
