They say with Irish weather you can experience the four seasons on the same day and thanks to Glendalough distillery, now you can indulge in a taste of the best from spring, summer, autumn and winter merged into their latest launch: Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin
Ireland’s first craft distillery successfully bottled four different expressions inspired in seasonal changes and this new product comes to offer an eclectic taste of them combined into a gin which they will be able to produce in larger quantities and through the whole year. The original four season gins will still be produced.
Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin is produced in exactly the same small batch, artisanal method that has made the company’s seasonal gins so lauded, which involves the use of fresh, wild botanicals foraged sustainably by Geraldine Kavanagh. It’s bottled at 41% ABV and priced at €35. It is presented in clear, elegant packaging complete with the characteristic figure of the fabled Saint Kevin.
