– 1 avocado
– 1 cup of frozen banana
– 1 cup of frozen pineapple
– 100g spinach
– 1/2 or 1 cup of coconut (coconut + almond alpro milk)
– Squeeze of lime

1. Blend everything until smooth ice cream/sorbet consistency. Serve with granola, nuts & seeds, shaved coconut and/or extra fruits & berries.
