Their new Dublin venture will comprise of a cafe and food shop. It will feature a terraced dining area, public garden, exhibition and gallery spaces. The company, which has a turnover of €4 million and employs more than 100 staff, recently received €1.5 million funding for said expansion.

David and Stephen Flynn commented:

This is a really great development and this collaboration is a very exciting move for our business.

The entrepreneurs go on to say “We’re really delighted to be bringing The Happy Pear to this incredible new centre, which is rich in history and culture and will provide a real focal point for the village. We’re really looking forward to making healthy food even more accessible in South Dublin County and to making a positive impact on the local community and economy, by providing exciting new employment opportunities.”
