Spring has sprung and no where has embraced the season’s theme of renewal more than Brown Thomas on Grafton Street with three new openings recent weeks. At the landmark luxury department store you can now your tresses tamed at the Beauty Lounge, up your athleisure A-game at cult fitness brand lululemon’s only Irish hub, and most recently sustain your shopping spree at Green & Bean Café and Bar.
Located on the newly refurbished premium Athletic and Fitness themed Level 2, Green & Bean Cafe and Bar is the city centre’s new healthy eatery that offers great coffee, fresh juices and ‘power salads’.
Chef Johnnie Cook, the same chef behind The Restaurant on Level 3, is best known for his fine dining pedigree he also has a passion for creating delicious healthy dishes.
Johnnie has created a nourishing and creative menu at Green & Bean using finest quality natural ingredients. The menu will change with the seasons, but always be thoughtfully sourced and packed with flavour and goodness.
Ingredients will be organic where possible and all breads served at Green & Bean are baked in-house, including gluten-free and low GI.
