Healthy Ice Lollies Recipe made with coconut water and your favourite berries. They are super simple to put together and taste totally delicious.
Great for cooling down on a hot day without any of the nasties of regular ice lollies. Definitely one kids will love to make and eat as well!
Ingredients:
– 1L Coconut Water
– Your favourite berries; raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and even kiwis works great! What ever you are in the mood for!
Method:
1. Slice up your fruit into small chunks.
2. Place the fruit in Ice Lolly moulds, you go for combinations or do each one a different flavour – whatever you’re in the mood for!
3. Pour in the coconut water, pop in the sticks and freeze until solid! Enjoy!
